Unwind on plush furnishings in the welcoming living area. A 43” flat-screen TV sets the scene for movie nights.
KITCHEN & DINING
Create delectable meals and beach snacks in the pristine kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances as well as ample counter space.
Keep the chef company at the four-person kitchen bar. When it’s time to eat, gather at the four-person table.
BED & BATH
This condo sleeps up to six guests in two bedrooms.
The tranquil master bedroom has a king-size bed, 40” TV, and patio access. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.
Sleep soundly in the second bedroom, furnished with an XL twin-over-queen bunk bed with a twin-size trundle and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is appointed with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA
Take in canal views on the private balcony. A table seats four to alfresco meals.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We stayed here last weekend from Friday to Monday. The location was excellent!!! The beach acess was a quick 5 minute walk, shops and food are super close! I appreciated the items provided to make laundry and clean up easy. It is a super cute place and my favorite part was the balcony, it has a beautiful view of the sky and Sunday night it was a front row seat to the fireworks display the town has.Vuestay reached out on Saturday to check in. I did complain that our comforter in the king room smelled like mold, I was told it would be looked into and never heard back, we could not use the comforter the entire stay. The top bunk in the bunk bed room was so rickety and loose that neither of my children could sleep in it. We were only able to use the bottom bunk. The couches are really bad and sink in the middle on both. Even though we enjoyed our stay the sleeping and couch accommodations were unsatisfactory, we did not sleep well. The table on the balcony is chipping paint which was not ideal for my 15 month old. Otherwise the place was great! The washer and dryer are awesome and we had everything we needed for our stay.
