Check-out time: 10:00 AM
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Wall unit air-conditioning is available in the living room and bedroom.
Parking: One designated on-site parking space is included with this rental.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The single serve coffee pot did not work, and leaked. The other coffee maker did so we had to buy coffee to use it. it looked very nice, but could have been a little cleaner.The location was awesome.

Water on elevator and in the walk way area. Could cause someone to fall. This units bathroom floor vent needs painting. The blanket wasn’t clean. Just wasn’t what I thought it would be. However we made it work.
