The Space:

Located in the heart of all the action in central Ocean City, this condo is the perfect spot for a relaxing oceanside vacation! Walk just steps to spend the day at the beach, or enjoy the coastal breeze on the private balcony. A spacious, open-concept plan is appointed with upscale furnishings and new appliances. Large picture windows frame beautiful ocean views and flood the space with natural light. A plethora of nearby shops and dining options are available within a short walk. After a day at the beach, relax in the modern living area on plush furnishings, while watching a new movie on the 55-inch cable TV. Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen island and when your culinary creations are complete, dine together in the lovely dining space. The inviting balcony will bid you to step outside and witness the stunning ocean views. Resort-style amenities include a heated pool (eight feet deep, open year-round), game room, gym, saunas, basketball court, tennis court, and a large sun deck that leads to the beach. Enjoy access to the building’s enclosed pool, available year-round. While covered and protected from the elements, it is not a fully indoor pool. Additional perks include complimentary WiFi, Netflix capabilities, a DVD player, washer/dryer, and assigned parking for one car in the complex lot. Centrally located in the heart of Ocean City, this beachside gem is perfect for your Atlantic Coast vacation! A plethora of shops, restaurants, and convenient amenities are within an easy walk up or down Coastal Highway. Explore the flora and fauna of the area five miles away at Fenwick Island State Park. While you’re there, enjoy tax-free shopping across the Maryland/Delaware state line. Find fun for the whole family nearby at Jolly Roger amusement park. *Please be aware: The Capri building will be undergoing a balcony restoration project during the off-season. Construction is scheduled Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no construction taking place on weekends. Construction noise should be expected during these hours.*



Things to Know

PARKING: ONE parking space available. (Space 153). There is a $75 per week, non-refundable building registration fee due at The Capri. This payment is separate from your reservation and will due upon check-in (in the office located on the second floor during regular hours of operation and at the security desk after hours). If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 Per day or $55 per week for each space. Parking permits must be displayed at all times. Do not park in any other assigned space at the risk of being towed at your own expense.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
