- As with most waterfront properties on the Gulf Coast, guests may occasionally encounter insects or wildlife despite regular pest control

Pets: Must Inform hosts and send a picture PRIOR to arrival. ONE pet under 40 lbs is allowed (including ESA). Pet must be leashed, not left unattended for more than 6 hours, and always kenneled when alone. Clean up after your pet and dispose waste properly. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine plus a pet fee. Guests are responsible for all pet damages
