The “gallery on 5th ave” was exceptional. It was our first time in the Wilmington area and I didn’t know much about the area so we looked for a beautiful place with reasonable pricing. Surely we were not let down. It was probably one of the best rentals we have stayed at.I have a high bar for cleanliness and this property did not disappoint. My husband & I have a large family, there was ample room in the sleeping and living areas. Our children would also rate this VRBO with a 5 stair review.Some pros-comfortable bedding/pillows-organized kitchen -communication with the hostI would also like to add in my personal opinion the pictures on this rental did not do it justice. If we ever visit this Wilmington area we would gladly stay here again.

Great property, we really enjoyed our stay. Overall the house was everything we expected. The only thing I’ll mention is that the property is an upstairs unit in a two unit home, this was not clear in the listing and while it didn’t pose an issue, I do wish it was disclosed.
