Great townhouse with all one could want.

Skiers in our group and the dog enjoyed the property immensely. Great location and comfortable beds.

The host was amazing. The whole staff from the manager, cleaners, and hot tub techs were all incredible. They quickly, efficiently, and professionally handled all of our needs. They definitely made us feel like we were valued. I stay in allot of different places around BC and these guys by far top them all. Thanks you guys!! You made our family trip amazing.

Location was great. Condo was nice and had great access to the slopes! The bad part was that the hot tub was very dirty and we couldn’t use it the first day and we had to call to get it cleaned and serviced. Once it was cleaned and we were able to use it on day 2 we noticed it wasn’t very hot. Checked the temperature setting and it said 104F which should be good. We tried it again on day 3 and it was cold. The setting was set right but the tub wasn’t heating properly. We were leaving the next day so we didn’t call the management right away so they could look at it. Upon are departure we decided to send a message to management to have the hot tub looked at before the next guest showed up. We never got a response. All in all the condo was great but the hot tub being dirty and not working was a big let down. Feel like we should be compensated for the hot tub issues as this was a big reason why we rented the condo in the first place.
