Great vacation! Close to the beach and also to some of our favorite restaurants! Beaches, pools, gym and great for bike riding too! Everything you need for the best time! Always feels like home away from home! 😃

This house was in the perfect location in sea colony. You can walk to the beach and restaurants and shops are literally right behind you, but it doesn’t seem that way because it’s not loud. There is a pool steps away and this had plenty of space for a family of seven including three kids.

For over 40 years we have vacationed in Bethany Beach and stayed in many Sea Colony units. We love them!! Always some better than others. But we always return and will continue. The beach is beautiful/wonderful and the amenities are the best. Wouldn’t be a summer vacation without visiting Bethany Beach.
