▶ This house is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).
▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.
▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 10:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ No pets or animals. If there is any evidence of pets or animals, a $500 penalty will apply, and your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund for any unused nights.
▶ Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property — this includes the interior of the home, as well as all outdoor areas such as the deck, porch, yard, driveway, and any territory associated with the property.
If there is any evidence of smoking, a $250 penalty will apply, and your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund for any unused nights.
▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
▶ During check-in, you will find paper towels, towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.

▶ NO PARKING CARS IN THE GARAGE. Damages and evidence of cars in the garage will results in a $500 fine.
▶ TRASH: Trash bins are located on the left side of the house in a metal container. Please use blue bin for recyclables. Trash pickup is every Wednesday morning. Please place bins on the side of the road the night before. Recycle bin (blue) is picked up bi-weekly.
▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages including plummer and maintenance.
▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we’ll address them immediately.

This was the best bnb I’ve book by FAR! The location is perfect. Located in the mountains in a serene, quiet neighborhood…that doesn’t feel like a neighborhood bc of the privacy. Great location to relax & never leave the house (did I mention the amazing soaker tub?!) Or we also jexplored Asheville & some neighboring towns. There are lots of great places within an hour drive or less like Waynesville, Cherokee, Forest City. The house was spotless, modern & decorated thoughtfully. Super comfy linens on the beds, which is a big deal for me! The host was prompt to reply whenever we needed anything. I couldn’t have picked a better place to get our families together. The 5 bedrooms weren’t crowded at all. I’ve stayed at some places that try to classify a closet as a room. The 2 large living rooms were great so kiddos could hang out downstairs, while adults mingled upstairs. HIGHLY recommend! We can’t get back there fast enough!

We had such a wonderful stay at this Asheville home and would absolutely come back again. Our group was two families (six people total), and the house was perfect for us—spacious, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing.One of the things we loved most was how the property felt tucked away and peaceful, almost like a private retreat, yet it was still so close to everything Asheville has to offer. We were able to easily get to restaurants, shops, and attractions, but come back to a quiet, relaxing space at the end of the day.The layout worked really well for two families. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, whether we were hanging out together or needed a little downtime. The common areas were great for gathering, and the bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up.We also appreciated all the little details that made the stay easy and enjoyable—clear communication, a well-stocked home, and a space that truly felt welcoming from the moment we arrived.Overall, this was one of those stays where everything just felt easy and enjoyable. If you're looking for a place that feels secluded but still conveniently located, with plenty of space for a group or multiple families, this is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!
