This cozy little apartment is located in the heart of one of Berlin’s most popular and lively neighborhoods, Prenzlauer Berg, just a few minutes’ walk from the famous Helmholtzplatz, with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and shopping options! The apartment is on the first floor of the rear building, making it wheelchair-accessible. Through the hallway—at the end of which there’s a small workspace—you enter the living room with a Hemnes daybed (2x 90 cm sleeping surface) and a TV. Here you’ll also find a dining area with 4 chairs; a passageway to the left leads to the kitchen, and continuing straight ahead takes you to the bedroom, which features a 160 cm wide double bed, a dresser, and a clothes rack for storing your clothes. No one else lives in the apartment; it’s entirely at your disposal for the duration of your stay. Despite its location in a neighborhood, the apartment is wonderfully quiet since it’s situated in a back yard.
