The Haus Dünenwald 15 – Sonneninsel vacation rental is located in a quiet and pleasant area of the popular Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. Just about 300 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, you’ll enjoy easy access to the sea while also experiencing the peaceful atmosphere of a well-maintained vacation complex. The promenade, restaurants, cafés, and shopping in Zinnowitz are easily accessible, making the apartment an ideal base for a relaxing vacation that combines the beach, nature, and local life.

The approximately 57-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the Haus Dünenwald vacation complex and features a cozy yet modern living concept. The open-concept living and dining area with underfloor heating forms the heart of the apartment and, thanks to its bright design and tasteful decor, offers a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. The modern Nolte-Siemens kitchen is seamlessly integrated and fully equipped with an oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, fridge-freezer combo with fresh food compartments, a separate freezer, and a dishwasher, ensuring that even longer stays are comfortable. The adjacent dining table is perfect for shared meals, a leisurely breakfast, or relaxing evenings.

The living area features a cozy sitting area with a reading lamp and a smart TV, where you can access Amazon Prime and Netflix using your own account. There is also a Blu-ray player and an internet radio (including CD, USB, and Bluetooth). Additionally, a sleeper sofa is available to accommodate one more person. Large windows create a bright and friendly atmosphere and provide a pleasant connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

A special highlight is the sunny, 20 m² sheltered south-facing terrace (not visible from the street), which is equipped with comfortable seating, lounge chairs, and offers ideal conditions for enjoying the fresh Baltic Sea air. Here you can start your day in a relaxed manner or soak up the tranquility of the surroundings in the evening.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (brand-name mattresses) with a sleeping surface of 1.80 m x 2.00 m and, thanks to blackout options, offers the best conditions for restful nights. A wardrobe provides ample storage space, while the cozy furnishings underscore the apartment’s harmonious overall look. The modern bathroom features a round glass shower, a raised toilet, heated floors, and a heated towel rack, and is bright and functional.

Of course, everything is taken care of to ensure a worry-free start to your vacation: All beds are already made, plenty of towels are provided, and a basic supply of all essentials is available. An outdoor parking space right next to the complex, a lockable bike shed, and free Wi-Fi round out the amenities. The “Haus Dünenwald 15 – Sonneninsel” vacation rental is therefore the ideal accommodation for couples or small families who want to enjoy a quiet and comfortable getaway near the beach on Usedom.
