The Space:

Bedrooms: Three comfortable bedrooms with inviting beds, soft linens, and plenty of storage for your belongings. Two bedrooms feature comfortable double beds, perfect for parents or couples, while the third has single beds, ideal for children.



Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms, recently renovated with modern finishes and walk-in showers. Each bathroom is spotless and bright, making even everyday routines a pleasure.



Kitchen and dining area: A contemporary open-plan kitchen awaits the chef in your group. It is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, tableware, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine for your morning espresso. Prepare family lunches or romantic dinners for two with ease. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats everyone, whether for a quick breakfast before the beach or a Sardinian dinner together.



Living room: The living area is airy and welcoming, filled with natural light and Mediterranean-inspired décor. Just behind the beach is the Notteri lagoon, home to wild pink flamingos year-round. It’s a surreal experience to watch these beautiful birds in their natural habitat against the backdrop of the sea! Sunset walks here are magical, with the sky and water turning golden around the old stone tower on the hill.

Villasimius Town Center (5-min drive): A quick drive (or easy bike ride) takes you to the charming heart of Villasimius. In town you’ll find supermarkets for groceries, boutique shops, and a variety of family-friendly restaurants and pizzerias serving mouthwatering Sardinian cuisine.
