Our 5 star stay at Dolphins Reach was a literal dream. The property is just on island and has beautiful views from the windows and our favorite observation point, the pool. Our family members ranged in age from 4-74 and we all loved it. We saw both dolphins and manatees casually swimming by the unit! The dolphins literally put on a daily show as they played and ate near the entrance to the marina! 712 provided everything we needed to begin our stay including all the kitchen and beach gear which we utilized and appreciated. The customer service provided by Sanibel Island Vacation Rentals was also on point. We encountered a few minor issues which were quickly and efficiently resolved. Five stars for the property management and maintenance team including Jen. If you are looking for an immaculate, cozy, and beautiful location for your visit to Sanibel. I would highly recommend Dolphins Reach 712. We can't wait to come back! Thank you for hosting our family!

We enjoyed staying at Mariner Pointe. It's very convenient right off the causeway bridge and walking distance to one of our favorite restaurants Lighthouse Café. We like to sit on Mariner Pointe's private fishing pier and watch the dolphins swim around the pier and in the canal, lounging around the swimming pools, and playing on the tennis and pickleball courts. We really like the condo's coastal décor vibe, the spacious layout, the great view of the bay and causeway bridge. The condo is fully stocked, and we appreciated the full-size laundry. We have a wonderful time and great experience each time we stay. The Island Vacations Gulf Coast staff were most helpful with our reservation experience.
