Stay close to home and enjoy immediate beach access and one of the largest outdoor pools in the area or venture out a bit to discover several popular local attractions including Old Pro Golf, Fenwick Island State Park, Embers Island Mini Golf, Trimper Rides of Ocean City, and the Freeman Arts Pavilion, all within seven miles of this property. Stock up the fridge and prepare all your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, meet up for mealtimes around the nearby table, and then settle in for relaxing days in the living area or the enclosed sunroom with stellar beach and ocean views. This condo also comes with a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.
Things to Know
* Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
* Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
*PARKING: ONE parking space available. After checking in at the local office proceed to Atlantis to pay your registration fee. A $60 cash non-refundable building registration fee per vehicle is due at check-in at Atlantis year round. $60 for an additional space based on availability. Parking permits must be displayed at all times. Do not park in any other assigned space at the risk of being towed at your own expense. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please watch street signs to avoid being towed.
* All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
* No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
* Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the
Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
* No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

The room was very dated. I expected an open patio to beach view. It was enclosed. I guess that’s my fault for not really looking into it. I had to pay extra for a parking spot on top of the large sum to rent for the 5 days. It should have been included There were no extra amenities like a weight room or cafe or bar. No noodles or toys allowed in the pool or the staff blew their whistles at you. I just feel we got very little for the amount we paid for 5 days. Next time I will research a lot better

The property was just as described. Check in process was extremely confusing. We didn't get the correct code to get the keys.
