Summary:
Naples Poolside Paradise
The Space:
Craving sunshine, serenity, and a splash of glamour? You just found your dream escape. Nestled in the vibrant heart of North Naples, this lush, tropical 3-bedroom, 2-bath stunner is your private oasis just two miles from the sugar sands and the turquoise waves of Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park.
Step inside and exhale...wrapped in rich greenery, vibrant blooms, and fruit trees ready for the picking, this home is pure Florida magic. The open, airy layout invites you to kick off your flip-flops and settle into the sweet rhythm of beach life. Sip your morning coffee in the breezy Florida Room or unwind with a chilled glass of rosé on the front screened porch as the sun melts into the palms.
Calling all stylish jet-setters—and their pups. Yes, this enchanting escape is proudly pet-friendly, because your fur baby deserves a getaway too. Let them roam the lush backyard, nap in the sun-drenched lanai, or join you for golden hour strolls along Naples’ most iconic beaches. There’s space for fetch, sunbathing, and sweet moments under the stars.
The lanai is where the magic happens. A sprawling, private rear-screened retreat where the balmy air, gentle breeze, and swaying trees will make you forget the rest of the world. Float your worries away in your private pool or fire up the grill and dine al fresco with your favorite people (and paws). For the seasonally inclined adventurers looking to escape the harsh, chilly winter weather, the pool can be heated with no additional charge to you. Serenity never looked so stylish.
The location? Pure perfection. You're just a short walk or bike ride away from all the action—think sun-drenched days at the beach, dreamy sunsets at Vanderbilt, chic cocktails at Mercato, yoga at LA Fitness, fresh finds from Whole Foods, and luxe evenings at the Mercato Movie Theater. This is where laid-back luxury meets all the things you love about Naples.
Whether you're here for a romantic getaway, a chic girl’s trip, a family escape, or a pampered vacay with your pup in tow—this home wraps you in the Naples vibe from the second you arrive.

We have been staying in VRBO’s since 2013, this is the nicest property we have ever rented. Tastefully furnished throughout, kitchen had everything we needed, including practically new dishes and kitchen tools. Beds were very comfortable, a real plus. Loved the pool and the sunroom, VERY relaxing. Bikes were enjoyed! Location was superb, we’ll definitely be back.

Overall, we had a good stay. The home is well appointed, comfortable, and nicely furnished.Upon arrival, we noticed a fair amount of dog hair on some furnishings and in the pool. After reporting it, management provided a credit, which we appreciated.During an unexpected cold spell, the heat stopped working. It required multiple visits to resolve, which meant coordinating repairs during our stay. The keypad lock also stopped working for a period of time, so we had to rely on a key, and the door was somewhat difficult to lock and unlock. Both issues were eventually repaired.Communication was uneven. Initially, we only had the app, where responses sometimes took 1–3 days. Once we obtained a direct phone number for a Vacasa staff member, communication by phone or text was usually quick and helpful, and they followed up to confirm repairs. We also requested clarification on charges and an itemized accounting. Vacasa directed us to VRBO, but we did not receive a response. We checked out early, left the home very clean, and notified management, though we did not receive an acknowledgment. The neighborhood is mostly well kept, with a few nearby properties less maintained.Overall, the home is comfortable and well equipped. Some maintenance and communication issues created inconvenience, but once resolved, the stay improved.

We have a wonderful week at this home the weather was awesome and the pool heated up nicely, which was one of my concerns. The primary bed was very comfortable and the house was well equipped with towel, beach equipment…. We really enjoyed the proximity to beach, shopping and dinning.
