When we reached out about these issues, the responses we received were condescending and dismissive. For example, we were told to "just use the arrows" on the thermostat as if we didn’t understand basic controls, and we were told to make sure the door of the fridge was fully shut. It felt patronizing, especially as a group of adult women simply asking for help with appliances that weren’t functioning properly. The issues with the refrigerator and thermostat were never properly addressed or resolved during our stay. Additionally, the tone of the response was unprofessional and outright rude. Instead of asking how to make it right, we were told “I gather you are looking for some compensation-you should
