Inside, this vibrant home features a plush living area with comfortable furnishings and dining space, along with a sparkling kitchen that has stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer along with central air-conditioning. Resort amenities include a shared pool and tennis courts.
THINGS TO KNOW
SMOKING AND VAPING IS PROHIBITED ON BALCONIES AND IN ALL COMMON AREAS. VIOLATORS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO A FINE OF $200.00 AFTER ONE WARNING.
EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.
All vehicles must be parked head-in. Back-in parking is not permitted.
Trailers are not permitted to be parked on the property or in the parking lot.
Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
