A small, accessible ground-floor vacation rental with a separate entrance in an apartment building in Süderbrarup—ideal for a comfortable stay in the Schlei-Baltic Sea region. Its central location, with good shopping, restaurants, cafes, and bus and train connections, makes it the perfect starting point for excursions on foot, by bike, or by car.

The accessible and comfortably furnished apartment leaves little to be desired. The small entryway features a coat closet with a shoe bench and a mirror. The fully renovated kitchen that follows features a fully automatic coffee machine, a coffee maker, a standalone glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a water heater, a range hood, a toaster, and a kitchen radio with a CD player—to name just the most important amenities. From the kitchen, you walk straight into the bathroom, which features a walk-in shower, washing machine, exhaust fan, window, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and ample storage space for your toiletries. The second door leads from the kitchen into the living room. Here you’ll also find the small dining area, with solid-wood cabinets nearby that hold everything you need for meals. Opposite the sofa is the entertainment unit with a smart TV, DAB+ radio, and DVD player, as well as a selection of books and a collection of games. A small rolling table in front of the sofa provides storage space for your evening TV viewing, and two small folding stools let you rest your tired legs in a relaxed position. Two shelves of different sizes are available for your use. Of course, the apartment has Wi-Fi. The apartment features motion-sensor night lights in all rooms, so you can safely get to the bathroom at night, for example, without having to flip a light switch. Adjacent to the living room is the bedroom, which features a large double bed (2x2m), two desks, and a small closet for our guests. There is also a second TV on the wall.

In the garden, there is a small patio where you can relax, sunbathe, or have a barbecue. Everything you need is provided. The large lawn in front of the terrace can be used for playing badminton or other lawn games. Two bicycles can be stored in the barn by arrangement. There are also some lawn games here, such as badminton rackets, the Viking game, and Boole.
