Cook at home in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils and basic seasonings for easy meal prep. You`ll also find a blender for smoothies and sauces, plus a Keurig Duo coffee maker so you can enjoy both pods and drip coffee in the morning. (K cups, filters and sugar are provided. Please bring your own ground coffee and cream if desired.) There is an in unit all in one washer/dryer for your use to make laundry a breeze!

Relax in the inviting bedroom featuring a full size bed with fresh linens and pillows. There is a large closet with plenty of hanging space and shelves so you can fully unpack and feel at home during your stay.

Refresh in the bathroom with a large walk in shower. We provide all linens and bath essentials so you can pack light and settle in right away.

The private guesthouse entrance is located on the right side of the driveway. There is also a small courtyard with two chairs to enjoy the nicer weather.

Guests may park one car on the right side of the driveway; any additional vehicles can be parked on the street—just avoid blocking neighbors driveways or mailboxes.

Important Note: This guesthouse is an garage conversion. The main home is occupied by the owners. There is no shared space besides the driveway.

Additional cleaning that is required above the normal wear & tear is a $150 fee. Late checkout without prior consent is $150 fee. Smoking on the premises is a $250 fee. Guest that is booking must be at least 25 years old.

Our home has a max amount of 2 guests. To ensure comfort and safety, we kindly ask that no more than 2 people occupy the premises at any given time unless prior approval is received. This includes those spending the night and also those enjoying the home during the day. If you are hoping to have more than 2 people in the home, please obtain approval before you book your stay.
