• Private yard with tall pines and no direct neighbors. The professionally landscaped yard features a paver patio and a gas grill.
This home was intentionally set up to feel easy, clean and stress-free—from arrival to check-out.

Walk to several restaurants, a bakery, and a local pub (~0.4 miles / 8 minutes)
• ~1.2 miles to Southport Waterfront Park & Pier
• ~0.8–1.2 miles to downtown shops and dining
• Short drive (10 minutes) to Caswell Beach, which is the closest public beach with parking and restrooms
Salty Pines is close to everything—without being in the middle of the crowds. Please note: A new home is currently being built on the neighboring lot. Construction schedules vary, but guests may occasionally see or hear daytime construction activity. This does not affect access to Salty Pines or any of the home’s amenities.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Very new home. Spotlessly clean! Great communication with the hosts. We hope to stay here again in the future.
