We were so pleased with the quality of this stay experience! A beautiful home with the historic charm, excellent location. We walked all through Fredericksburg from the house. The house was immaculately clean, nicely planned, and comfortable. The yard was such a good size with good seating and pleasant breezes. We enjoyed the hot tub and it provided a great place to rest. Would stay here again. Comfortable for 3 couples.

We had an amazing time in Fredericksburg celebrating our 21 yo daughter who just graduated college and Father's day. Our host was great about communicating before, during, and after our stay. The house was clean and well stocked....it even had bug spray and pool towels. I received a reminder the morning of check out with a list of things to do before leaving which included a reminder to log out of streaming services (not all VRBO's do that - very helpful and considerate). It was cool and comfortable at night and super comfy mattresses. We usually rent a house with a private swimming pool but knowing that we were not going to be at the house much during the day, we thought the cowboy pool would be fine - and it was perfect. Just what we needed at the end of the day. I also loved that all the switches and remotes were labeled. The host also took time to send me a little history about the house which we really enjoyed reading about and appreciated the time and effort. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this past weekend. Our grandkids loved the hot tub and the cowboy pool. The house was spotless and we had everything we needed.

We had an amazing stay! We enjoyed the hot tub on our first night and the pool and fire pit on our second. The home was quiet, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds were some of the most comfortable we've slept in while traveling. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
