The villa is a standalone home and is entirely at the guests’ disposal. All areas are freely accessible, including the interior, entrance, covered porch, outdoor porch, garden, and barbecue area. Note: The tool shed located at the back of the house is not accessible to guests.

Trash Disposal
Guests are required to properly sort and dispose of trash in accordance with local guidelines. This helps keep the home and its surroundings tidy and welcoming at all times.

Electric Cars
Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring an electric car. Any electricity used for charging will be billed separately.

Tourist Tax
As required by the City of Olbia, a tourist tax of €3.50 per person per day is mandatory.
This amount must be paid at check-in based on the number of guests and the length of stay.
