You will appreciate its large garden with its private heated swimming pool at 25° and secured by a shutter, as well as its large terrace furnished with furniture and a plancha for your pleasant summer evenings.

Ideal for a stay with family or friends, this house can accommodate up to 7 travellers.



*The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09 and heated to 26 degrees from 01/06 to 19/09.



Upon your arrival, you will discover a bright living area with its lounge corner, air-conditioned, comprising a sofa, armchairs and a television, perfect for spending convivial moments. You can have your meals around the table indoors, or enjoy the garden table located on the terrace. The kitchen, open to the living area and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave and induction hob) provides you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster, as well as a Senseo coffee maker are also at your disposal.



On the sleeping side, the house has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1 (on the ground floor): has a Queen Size bed (160/200)

- Bedroom 2 (upstairs): has a double bed (140/190)

- Bedroom 3 (upstairs): has three single beds (90/190), including 1 trundle bed



A bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer as well as 2 separate WCs complete the accommodation. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also at your disposal.



You can park your vehicle in the private car park of the property.
