Offering a large wraparound, screened balcony, the main level features a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the master suite. The second floor offers a bedroom and full bath of its own! Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. three TVs, two DVD players, Playstation w/ games, gas fireplace, free WiFi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features carpet in bedrooms and den only. Closet is located outside the third bedroom. Living area has hardwood flooring and the kitchen and baths are tiled.

Lots of puzzles and games..right by the fishing dock and spalsh pad..LOVED the screened in porch. Nice property. Will book it again next year.
