Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this single level resort retreat features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and bedroom, with its own private half bathroom. Recent updates: new flooring, some living room furniture, updated baths, new TVs and new bedding. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 2 TVs, DVD, Wifi. Notes: Carpet is featured in the bedroom only. Remainder of condo is tiled.

Very nice one bedroom. Everything was clean and adequate. Nothing over the top, but nice, and we would stay here again.

Liked the location. The beach was beautiful and we also enjoyed the pool when the hurricane made the surf too rough to swim. We enjoyed watching the porpoises swim by. The life guards were very attentive and we actually witnessed a pull with a happy ending.
