Detailed check-in instructions, including the door code, will be provided prior to your arrival. As a guest, you also have access to Sea Ranch community amenities including the pools, tennis courts, and miles of trails. A recreation pass will be provided.

The place looks just as advertised in the pictures! There was a loft & 2 rooms in the main house that opened out to the main patio and big jacuzzi plus a separate guest house that was very roomy and only a hot tub away from the guest house. The only downside was how hot and stuffy the bedrooms and guest house got in the afternoon, after opening the sliding doors and windows it was ok. Don't expect an AC system since this is on the coast, the cool ocean breeze should and was enough to cool down the room to a decent temperature. Overall a great house with a large driveway for a few cars to fit and exit without blocking each other. It was also about a 10 min walk to the shore where there were tidal pools and seals sunbathing on rocks. Absolutely serene environment and comfortable lodging for a big group. Also major appreciation for the host, Joe, for being super responsive & for accommodating an early check in so that we could make preparations to surprise our friends.
