Perfect location. Perfect house for our vacation that included our dog. House has everything you need. The only thing that needs to be replaced is the Keurig coffee maker.

This home and community make for an incredible stay and experience. Our family enjoys mornings on the beach, so we utilized Fenwick Island State park access in the morning(anround 8am) and retreated to the pool around lunch time(pools are open 10-7). We had dinner at Signature and 38 Degrees, and both were very good meals. Being able to bring our dog was the entire idea behind the trip and the community is very accommodating for this.
I would highly recommend this home and this community.
