On Sea Colony's Great Pine Lake and next to the Aquatic Center, this second-floor resort retreat features a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large wraparound screened porch. The loft offers a full bath of its own! Central air-conditioning, washer/dryer, three TVs, DVD player, gas fireplace, and WiFi.
Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Guests with allergies should be advised that the homeowner's pet has spent time in the vacation rental.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages four and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.
The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. Love Bethany beach and sea colony. This property was amazing and very clean. Great location with everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

The dishwasher was not functioning all week…the plumbing was leaking under the kitchen sink until we fixed it…the toilet in the downstairs hallway was loose and not bolted down and upstairs shower did not drain. Other then that we enjoyed ourselves
