Studio apartment with more than enough space to relax after a long day outside enjoying the cape. The location is the best part - across the street from a private beach, and about 10 minutes from Provincetown, Golfing and a handful of lighthouses. If you want to spend your time exploring Cape Cod, this is the perfect place to spend the night.

The place was perfect. The bus picks you up right outside to Provincetown. Beach across the street. Perfect little place for a couple.

This place isn’t fancy but it has everything you need if you’re not planning to spend much time in the room. Great, quiet location and so close to the water.

The room is what it looks like in the pictures and overall clean. The curtains didn’t cover all of the windows, which was a little odd. Unfortunately, it smelled like someone had recently smoked within close proximity to the room or possible the air conditioner unit. AC and bathroom ceiling vent could use a good cleaning.
