We had a wonderful stay. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated and well organized. The sunrises over the ocean were beautiful. Looking forward to another visit.

We loved the ocean front view, clean unit & proximity to beach & pool. Would definitely return ! Reserved parking spot a plus.

Great, easy, clean, quiet stay.

Dover house is the perfect location and this unit is very cute and airy. Unfortunately we had issues with the wifi and the appliances. The dryer in this unit does not work. We notified Vacasa right away but maintenance did not look at the dryer for two days. Maintenance advised that an appliance specialist was needed. It is the middle of the high season so we understood that getting a specialist out or replacing the unit during our week was unlikely. Vacasa was initially responsive, but we never heard from them again. At check out we stopped at the office and spoke to a manager who said we would get a call back to discuss compensation for the lack of an amenity. We have not received a call. We love Sea Colony, but the lack of customer service has been frustrating.
