The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer. Unit was nice, building and pool was nice, easy access to beach. Parking in garage was horrible, small assigned parking spot, extremely hard to get a standard size SUV in the parking space. No help from building management or leasing agent when we asked for a better parking spot.

This property is amazing. Our stay was completely stress free. The property is very clean and well maintained. We really like the covered parking. The pool is also very nice and being on the side of the building is in the sun all day. Of all the different places we have stayed in Daytona Beach Shores this is definitely our favorite.

Lovely, nicely decorated condo with beautiful view. Heated indoor pool was a benefit as it was a cool January. Very nice exercise room and weight room. Great restaurants and entertainment nearby. Could have used a little more instructions on our first day on using the garage and other facilities. Since we arrived on a weekend day, there was no one in the office to help. Had a problem with the shower and the rental office took care of it immediately. Would definitely rent again.
