Located on the ground floor, you’ll enjoy quick access to a half-mile of private guarded beach and indoor/outdoor pools. Your condo sits right next to a large lake and the pickleball and championship tennis courts – so bring your A game. To explore further afield, a convenient shuttle makes for easy access to all Sea Colony’s amenities and you’re close to the center of Bethany Beach, with numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment options.



Start the day by sipping coffee on your large, enclosed deck, and then head inside to prepare breakfast. The high ceilings, open layout, nautical decor, and comfortable furnishings make spending time together a pleasure. The chef will love the fully upgraded kitchen, with sleek, granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. Dine together at the table for four or step back outside to dine alfresco.



At the end of a fun day out, keep dinner prep simple with the gas grill on the deck, or step out to one of many local restaurants. Relax on the sectional while you watch TV - each bedroom has a TV as well if you can’t agree on what to watch before drifting off to sleep. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
