Vee Serviced Apartments & Hotel

The location is a short walk from Entebbe Road where you can easily hail a van taxi. The apartment I stayed in had great views where I could see Lake Victoria. And beyond I could see the mountain view. The property is equipped with solar which came in handy a few times when the regular lights shut off. Then the solar would normally kick in. This happened a few times while I was there. There were two Sundays where the water was shut off. That was a bit alarming. The first Sunday the water came back at 12:45 pm. The following Sunday the water returned at 4:55 pm. Needless to say that was annoying. During that week I asked if the water will be shut off again. I informed the office that where I live the water is sometimes shut off but the management would put a notice by the elevators so tenants know what to expect. At Vee they did bring a huge canister with fresh water that could be used for showering. There is security at the gates. And even the windows have metal bars. So you feel well protected inside the apartment. There was a choice of three options for breakfast in the morning which is included in the total price. That was convenient because I did not have to buy extra food items to make breakfast. The only thing you need is your coffee, even so they did send up some teabags and sugar. One thing about Vee is if you exit the back gate you can go walking or jogging. There is a lot of distance to take walks back there. And there is the swimming pool if you want to dip.
