This wonderful three-story home is conveniently located on the island of Minocqua, near the Bearskin trailhead and public boat landing on Lake Minocqua, and within walking distance to all restaurants and shops that Minocqua has to offer. Guests can enjoy all of the luxuries of dock access during their stay. The home's second level, which is at the street level, hosts the main living space. A carpeted living room awaits with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a quaint coffee table, and a wall-mounted smart TV with streaming services. From here you can also see partial views of Lake Minocqua. If you would like to admire it from another point of view, step outside to the furnished deck. Back inside, the galley-style kitchen is complete with a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher - the group's cook will have everything they need to whip up tasty meals and snacks for the gang. Then, gather at the dining table off the kitchen that seats six people comfortably. This level also features a bedroom and a full bathroom. The basement is home to a secluded second living room with a sectional, a rocking chair, and another smart TV; a full bathroom; and a storage area with a washer/dryer, sink, ironing board, and a full-size fridge. The location for us was ultimately great! We brought our boat and bikes. Docked at the dock across the street, biked right on the trail, watched the ski show, fished from the pier, walked the main street, played mini golf right around the corned. Walked to get coffee at Great Northern Coffee Traders. It was an awesome 3 night vacation! Didn't get to use the garage as we didn't have access so I recommend assuring that if you plan to use it, assure you have the code access upon arriving. The house was awesome. Clean. We cooked all our meals and everything was available that we needed. We brought our own seasonings and oil. Family of 4. Mom, dad, 23 yr old male, 22 yr old girl.

Great location and nice set up for our group to enjoy a winter weekend in the north woods! We would definitely recommend this place.

Convenient location (walkable to downtown Minocqua), spacious bedrooms, well furnished/appointed, clean, comfortable.

The home location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Our 2 girls slept in the king bed and after 2 nights, had severe flea bites all over their skin. I sent pictures and communicated to the management and initially looked like they were going to rectify the issue. After our stay they just stopped communicating with me and after telling me they would make it right with a refund, they didn't follow through with any refund of any kind. I'm not sure if a previous tenant had a pet in the bed and vacasa didn't clean the sheets or what but it was gross and caused us not to use the bedroom for the entire stay. If you choose to stay here, I would just wash all of the bedding or bring your own bedding. Also, if you have any issues, don't expect an honest resolution from Vacasa based on my experience.
