Welcome to the Villa des Halles, an exceptional house combining modern comfort and Breton charm. Located in Plouescat, just 50 meters from Les Halles in the city center and 3 km from the sea, this spacious 200 m² villa welcomes up to 15 travelers in a warm and friendly atmosphere, ideal for stays with family or friends.

The generous volumes of the house invite sharing and relaxation. The living area includes a large dining area, a professional bar, and a cozy living room.
For your comfort, WiFi is available free of charge throughout the house.

THE BEDROOMS
The house has 5 spacious bedrooms: 4 double bedrooms with comfortable 160x200 bedding, one of which is 140 x 200, a dormitory with 6 single beds and a double daybed. Each space is equipped with wardrobes, chests of drawers and en-suite or private bathrooms.
Everything is designed for restful nights after a day exploring the surroundings.
A baby cot is also available on site; however, sheets and blanket are not provided.

THE KITCHEN
The recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen will delight gastronomy lovers: piano, double oven, microwave, coffee machines (Nespresso + filter), refrigerator and American freezer, complete crockery and professional utensils (blender, raclette machine,...).
Outside, a large covered summer kitchen with plancha and dining area to extend your evenings while enjoying the iodized Breton air.

OUTSIDE
The enclosed garden, out of sight, is a real haven of peace. The terrace equipped with deckchairs and parasols overlooks the centrepiece: a spectacular private swimming pool of 15m x 5m, heated to 27°C all year round, protected by a retractable sliding dome.
Sunny summer swimming or winter relaxation under shelter: enjoy Brittany in all seasons in this rare and privileged setting.

CLEANING AND LINEN
The laundry package includes a small shower towel and a large shower towel as well as a pool towel per person.
A few dish towels (3/4) will be available in the kitchen and a few hand towels in the toilets and bathrooms.
Beds will be made entirely on arrival.
The accommodations are prepared before each stay: complete cleaning, linen ready.
We provide all the maintenance equipment (vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, products).
Simply return the house clean and tidy when you leave.
Basic consumables provided on arrival for a stress-free welcome (details on request).

PETS
Accepted with pleasure subject to: clean, without damage, not on beds/sofas, droppings picked up.
Supplement 40€/stay/pet for reinforced cleaning.

RULES OF GOOD USE
- In season, weekly rental (7 nights minimum).
- Quiet requested 11pm-7am (near neighbours).
- Non-smoking inside; outdoor ashtray provided.
