My group was very pleased with the property. The only issue was the quality of hot water in the 2 bathrooms. The best we could get was a luke warm shower. That was the only downside.

We enjoyed our time and the home was clean and comfortable

This is our 4th year at Sea Colony, second stay in this unit. It didn’t look like it was cleaned well- shower and fridge were overlooked, random things left in dryer, dried food on silverware. We like this location, and the easy proximity to the beach and tennis. But the unit just needs a freshening up. It’s ok but for the price it’s underwhelming. The AC was non existent in the smaller bedroom which made it uncomfortable for our sons to sleep.
