The house was spotless and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect; we were able to walk downtown to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and waterfront, including the Fourth of July festivities. When my son got tired of the crowds, we were able to enjoy the fireworks (through some tree branches in a neighbor's yard) from the backyard! The host was responsive and welcoming, making the entire process seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable home base to enjoy the sun and sand.

This is the best place to stay. The host is wonderful. The place is in a great location walking distance to Swansboro. Willow,our dog loves it too. We will be back. Very quite and peaceful.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The property is perfect for walking a few blocks to shops and restaurants as well as to sit and watch boats and wildlife. The duplex itself was very comfortable and well thought through, with great attention to detail. The outside patio was wonderful to sit and relax. Our host was great to communicate with and always quick to respond to anything that came up. The property was well suited for our family of 4, with no one feeling cramped. We stayed at many different rentals in the area and by far this was our favorite!

First off, the host is a 20/10. Great communication and accommodations. Went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us in multiple ways. The place is very spacious and perfect location. Couple blocks to dinner, drinks, views and downtown Swansboro. Very clean, well put together and quiet.
