Both the main house and the apartment have front decks overlooking the water, providing you with two lovely spots for breakfasts, afternoon card games, and dinners of lobster rolls from Boothbay Lobster Wharf down the street.

Your visit begins in the main house, where you'll find a light-filled living room with a streaming-capable TV, a well-equipped kitchen, dining tables both inside and outside on the deck, and a private washer/dryer. The adjacent apartment is similarly sunny, offering a separate entrance, a living room with a TV, an open kitchen, an indoor dining table, and an outdoor picnic table.
