Morning sun and the sea nearby—your apartment in the heart of Westerland
Welcome to Steinmannstraße 17, Apartment 1—a lovingly furnished 2-room apartment measuring approximately 53 m² on the mezzanine level, just a few steps from the beach. Two east-facing loggias invite you to start your morning with a cup of coffee in the sun before the day on Sylt beckons. The apartment combines coziness with practical comfort: bright rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a newly modernized shower room, and Wi-Fi—everything you need for a relaxing island vacation. An elevator is available in the building and accessible via just a few steps.
The living room, with its laminate flooring, is the cozy heart of the apartment. A two-seater couch and two armchairs invite you to relax, while the dining area offers space for shared meals. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen satellite TV and a radio with a CD player; Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The living room opens onto both east-facing loggias—ideal for breakfast in the morning sun. Balcony furniture and cushions are, of course, provided.
The quiet bedroom features a spacious double bed with a sleeping area of 1.80 × 2.00 m, divided into two separate single mattresses (each 0.90 × 2.00 m) with pocket spring cores and gel toppers—for a restful night’s sleep after long walks on the beach. A wardrobe and nightstands round out the furnishings.
The bright kitchen adjoins the living area and features a window. The kitchen is fully equipped with: a ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Cooking with a fresh ocean breeze is no problem here.
The recently modernized shower room with a toilet, sink, and heated towel rack features contemporary amenities and a well-maintained appearance.

An outdoor parking space for one car can be booked as an optional extra for €14.00 per day—please note that availability is limited.
The building’s elevator is easily accessible, either via four steps down or nine steps up.
