Tastefully furnished, fully tiled, 1-room, non-smoking vacation apartment (approx. 40 sqm) on the 3rd floor with a view of the sea and a west-facing loggia (afternoon sun, with balcony furniture and cushions) for up to 2 people.
The entryway with a coat closet leads to the combined living room/bedroom (with access to the balcony), the separate kitchen, and the modern, new shower room/toilet.
The living/bedroom features a high-quality seating set from Bielefelder Werkstätten (a two-seater couch and a footstool), double fold-out beds (which can be unfolded individually, with spring mattresses), a dining area, a large flat-screen cable TV, and a radio/CD player.
The bright, new shower room/restroom features a sink, a towel dryer, and a built-in hair dryer.
The separate kitchen has a dishwasher, a microwave (with grill function), a Nespresso machine, a ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment.
A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.

A duplex garage can be rented for €8.00/day or an outdoor parking space for €14.00/day (limited availability!).
Pets are welcome!
If you bring a pet, the daily rate increases by €5.00 per pet, plus a one-time final cleaning fee of €10.00 per pet in addition to the standard final cleaning fee.
The building has a free Wi-Fi network that is accessible to all apartments.
