A very bright, spacious, and comfortable home near the Antonio Banderas Boardwalk, in the Huelin neighborhood, just 200 meters from the beach. It faces a beautiful park in a quiet and very well-located area, near the Huelin Market—famous for its fresh fish—as well as beach bars and restaurants.
The home features two bedrooms, a living room with a TV and a sofa bed, a large bathroom, a kitchen-dining area, and a large private backyard. Private parking available 50 meters away.

The home is designed to be enjoyed with plenty of space and at a leisurely pace:
• 2 comfortable and spacious bedrooms with closets
• 1 large full bathroom with a bathtub, very spacious (wheelchair accessible, though it is not adapted)
• Cozy living room with TV and sofa bed
• Spacious and fully equipped kitchen-dining area, ideal for sharing meals and enjoying longer stays
• Large private backyard, perfect for breakfast in the sun, family lunches, or quiet dinners
