🛺 Pulmonías (Mazatlán`s Typical Vehicle)

These are like open-sided golf carts, very popular and iconic.

Ideal for short trips within the city center or along the boardwalk.

They don`t have a fixed fare, so negotiate the price before getting in (ask the price when you get in or agree on it with the driver).

🚕 Taxis and Apps

Traditional taxis are available in the area.

Uber and DiDi operate in Mazatlán and can be cheaper than a taxi or a pulmonía (open-air taxi) for longer distances.

The apps work well in the city center, but availability can be limited during peak hours.

🚲 Bicycles or Scooters

There are areas along the Malecón (boardwalk) with bicycle and electric scooter rentals.

Although the city center has narrow streets, you can use them to get to the Malecón or travel longer distances comfortably.

🚌 Public Transportation

City buses connect the city center with other areas of Mazatlán (such as the Golden Zone or the Aquarium), although they can be confusing for tourists.

They are an economical option, but not very convenient if you don`t know the routes well.
