A giant terrace with a majestic view of Lake Iseo and Montisola, and a bright, spacious two-room apartment that is also fully accessible to people with disabilities. These are the highlights of the Monet vacation home, located in Parzanica at 750 meters above sea level. To get the full picture, add access to the shared pool during the summer months: this makes it the ideal vacation apartment for a couple or a family of four.

THE SPACES

Arranged on a single floor, the apartment covers an area of 40 m² (to which, however, the area of the large outdoor terrace must be added). Access to the apartment is fully accessible even for wheelchair users. Not only are there no architectural barriers inside that restrict mobility, but a convenient elevator connects the parking lot (with a reserved parking space) to the apartment, leading to a walkway that goes directly to the private terrace and the building’s entrance.

Before entering, it’s impossible not to pause and take in the view from this terrace overlooking Lake Iseo. Fully equipped with outdoor furniture (table, chairs, and lounge chairs) and shaded by a pergola, the terrace offers a very spacious area and a spectacular view of the lake and the natural mountain backdrop that surrounds it.
From here, the entrance leads directly into the living room. Dominated by the light colors of the stoneware floor and the wood of the exposed ceiling beams—which feature a very high ridge—this living room enjoys the same view as the terrace thanks to a very wide French door, which lets in natural light and fresh air.  This is where you’ll find the fully equipped open kitchen: in addition to the oven, refrigerator with freezer, and induction cooktop, it also features a dishwasher and small appliances (kettle, coffee maker). The kitchen area is naturally complemented by the dining table, which is made of wood, as are the chairs. On either side of the large French door are an armchair and a sofa that converts into a bed, providing two additional sleeping spots. Note that the very high ceiling in this room has made it possible to create a loft, which, however, is not accessible to guests.

Next to the kitchen is the bathroom, which is equipped for people with disabilities and wheelchair-accessible. In addition to the sink, shower, and toilet with a handheld showerhead, there is also a washing machine here.

The bedroom, featuring a double bed and large built-in closets, is separated from the living area by a sliding door and also has a large French door that allows you to enjoy the lake view directly from the bed. 

The apartment is equipped with independent heating and Wi-Fi and is located in a small, quiet residence with a heated pool and sun deck overlooking the lake. The pool is not equipped for people with disabilities, although its level is accessible. The property’s location allows you to enjoy the proximity to the pool while maintaining privacy and quiet, making Monet a well-balanced choice for those who wish to relax in a well-maintained and scenic setting.
