Property was close to town with an amazing view of the water and mountains from the balcony. Garage parking was a nice bonus.

Wonderfully kept and clean. Great appliances, smart TVs and easy to use grill. Check-in and check out process super easy. Location was perfect. Thank

Wow! This place was amazing. The decor, the cleanliness, the comfort was top-notch. The condo had everything we could need for a few days in Ouray. The owners thought of all the details, big and small. The beds were so comfortable, the towels were plush and new, electronic charging ports, great games for the family to play and stay entertained, plenty of laundry supplies so I could do as many loads of laundry as I needed, air conditioning worked great, modern and updated, great back patio where you can listen to the creek rush by. Really, I don't have a single complaint, and I can usually find something. LOL. I would highly recommend this place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was new and clean, with nice balcony overlooking the river. Well stocked with kitchen, laundry, and bathroom necessities. Extra towels for the hot springs.Note that the place is 3 stories, with bedrooms at the top that get hot if you don't run the mini-split A/C units (which worked great).
