KR Elite Hotel

Wonderful place to stay with spectacular rooftop views. The staff went out of their way to ensure I had the best time in Luxor.

I had a wonderful experience staying at KR Elite Hotel in Luxor, and I honestly cannot recommend it enough! The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and has a lovely terrace with a fantastic view — the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy dinner after a long day exploring Egypt. What truly made my stay unforgettable, however, was the outstanding customer service. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Special thanks to Mo and Ahmed, who went above and beyond to help me when I accidentally broke my phone during my holiday. Even outside their normal working hours, they took the time and effort to support me in getting it fixed. Their kindness and willingness to help meant more to me than words can express. It’s rare to meet people who treat you with such genuine warmth and go out of their way to help a guest in need. Mo and Ahmed didn’t just provide excellent service — they made me feel like I was among friends. I’m leaving with wonderful memories and friendships that I truly hope will last a lifetime. ❤️ If you’re travelling to Luxor and looking for a clean, comfortable place with beautiful views, a relaxing atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality, KR Elite Hotel is definitely the place to stay! I would wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends, family, and anyone planning a trip to Luxor. Thank you to the entire team, especially Mo and Ahmed, for making my stay so special. You made my holiday even more memorable, and I will always be grateful for your kindness. I look forward to coming back! 🇪🇬❤️
