Good location right at the beach. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff. Daily room service. A private parking lot behind the hotel.

I booked this hotel for my parents who were visiting, and I am SO glad I did! My parents are very discerning travelers (Marriott die-hards) and there were no brands they "recognized," so I chose this new hotel in Vlorë. From the moment they arrived, they were treated like VIPs- greeted with a big smile from Klara, and shown to their room with help with their luggage. Within 10 minutes my mom sent me a text- the room was perfect! A big, modern bathroom, plenty of space to unpack, a lovely balcony to relax on, and my mom really appreciated the kettle and "big" mugs for tea. The next morning I met them for breakfast and they said they slept amazing- it was quiet, dark, and the bed was one of the best they ever slept in. And then the breakfast- they both like different foods, and they both found so many items in the buffet to their liking. When we set out for the day, the beach is only a 2 minute walk, and it's right in the middle of the Lungomare strip of restaurants, cafes and shops. They were thrilled with everything, and I was so proud I picked the perfect hotel for them!

The property is clean and good value for money.

It is lacking atmosphere and the staff would benefit from some hospitality training.
