The vibe and aesthetic was like nothing we’d seen before. Absolutely bonkers, completely delightful, and so much more fun that staying in a hotel. There’s a fully functional bathroom in the outhouse behind the wagon, chickens out front, and in the evening you can sit under the canopy with the circus lights on and keep warm by the wood burner.

Everything is very compact (as you would expect in a wagon) so you have to be on the ball with tidying up your things and staying organised, or it can become a bit chaotic.

Such a quaint circus bus , lots of detail , very cosy 😊 the bathroom is lovely and we just loved thinking about what history is behind this bus , your imagination can just go back to when you were a child visiting a circus it’s magical , we had our daughter and grandson with us who loved every minute of our stay and thought the chickens were amazing 🤩 , they also enjoyed sitting outside and eating breakfast and dinner , all round a lovely break was had and the hosts were very welcoming and kind

Our grandson had to take a minute to walk up the stairs due to the clowns 🤡 We cannot say a bad word about the property though the cockerel can be quite loud in the early hours but we didn’t mind that .

Great hosts, lovely location and an interesting property. The bathroom is super! The chickens are fascinating to watch and there are many different birds and some squirrels. It was lovely to cook outside one evening. Close to Hailsham which has a range of supermarkets and independent shops - ten minutes away on the number 53 bus.

Fantastic peaceful stay. Beautiful location. Lots of love put into Molly Wagon by the host. Thoughtful additions like shower gel, bubble bath, tea bags etc
