No one came to sort this out or help. - there is no WiFi - The app they force you to use doesn’t have information in English, and requires reloading each time - I was forced to pay £60 to receive door key - They left no coffee or pods despite there being 3 different machines to use! - whole apartment needs a deep clean - air con was super loud - plug socket by the bed wasn’t working - it’s up 3 flights of stairs - Next door neighbour randomly walked into the apartment unannounced speaking Polish
