J’ai passé un très agréable séjour dans ce petit studio, qui est vraiment très bien agencé et parfaitement adapté aussi bien pour quelques jours que pour un séjour plus long. L’appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi : électroménager, ustensiles de cuisine, Internet… Rien ne manque. Le lit est également très confortable, ce qui est un vrai plus après une journée à découvrir Nice. Le logement est propre, bien entretenu et bénéficie d’une petite cour extérieure très agréable, idéale pour prendre un repas ou simplement se poser tranquillement. Le quartier est calme et sécurisé, avec un voisinage respectueux et très peu de bruit. C’est appréciable de pouvoir profiter du calme tout en étant proche du centre-ville de Nice. Côté transports, l’arrêt de bus se trouve juste au pied de l’immeuble. Il permet de rejoindre la plage en environ 4 minutes ou de récupérer facilement le tram L1. Le Super U est également à environ 5 minutes à pied ou 2 minutes en bus. Petite astuce : le bus est souvent en avance de 2 à 3 minutes, donc mieux vaut l’anticiper 😉. Pour le stationnement, il est possible de trouver une place sur le boulevard ou à proximité de l’immeuble. Pensez simplement à bien lire les informations de l’annonce à ce sujet. Et surtout, un grand merci au propriétaire et au gestionnaire, qui sont vraiment adorables : accueillants, gentils, disponibles et à l’écoute. On se sent tout de suite bien accueilli. Une très bonne adresse pour profiter de Nice sans être en plein dans l’agitation du centre-ville. Je recommande sans hésiter ! 😊

The location was convenient and the terrace was a nice addition (even though it was absolutely not cleaned). There is large supermarket walking up and sea is like 20 min walk up and down the hill - good workout

Unfortunately, the experience was stressful from beginning to end. My flight was delayed by around one hour, and the host’s repeated messages made me worry that I might not be able to access the apartment. Check-out was similarly stressful, with excessive messages demanding an exact departure time and coordinating the key handover, even though I was leaving before the end of my paid stay. The apartment had a strong unpleasant smell of cigarettes and I guess some old water drainage from the kitchen sink, and it was not properly cleaned. The kitchenware and shelves were dirty, the bedding was poor, and the carpet was in very bad condition. Considering that I paid around €1,600 for the stay, the overall quality and cleanliness and communication were extremely disappointing. I was just trying not to touch anything or use as much as I can and leave .. Lots of stairs and walking until you reach apartment (in case you have million bags like I did)
