Good value for money, nice location. Comfy bed spacious room.
Could be a bit cleaner, looks a bit old fashioned, but again: good value for money

It was the perfect location for the Manitou Incline. The free shuttle bus stop is very near the hotel. You can see the Incline from the hotel. Very reasonable price received a discount for booking a second night. You can see the Incline from the hotel.
The morning self serve breakfast ran short of a few items. Many complementary juice.

Very reasonably priced, clean facility with all amenities such as a fridge and a microwave. Self check-in using codes supplied by email worked great.
You can enter the office with your code but it seemed that the office is not always staffed. For us it wasn't a problem but not sure how or where guests would contact if there's an issue with the room.
