The apartment was delightful, with everything we needed for an overnight stay. It was clean and comfortable and conveniently located being a 10-15 minute walk into Lytham town centre.

The shower was pretty lame. We recognise that the owner is already aware of this because there was a note stating it would take time to heat up. However, the length of time was excessive and the flow was awful!. It was also tricky getting out of one side of the bed as there was not much room on that side. However, good value for money.

The location was just a short walk from the River Ribble estuary and the promenade. I am a birder, and I was delighted to watch the shore birds through the tidal changes.
I was only here for two nights

Location very good as it was away from bars, shops etc so it was very quiet. But was just a short walk into Lytham.
It was as expected according to the photos and reviews.
